It centralizes student information, digital forms, attendance tracking, regulatory reporting, and financial aid management. Its proactive AI agent identifies missing documentation, flags compliance risks, and automates administrative workflows, helping school administrators reduce manual effort and maintain audit readiness.

Nicotex Begin faced low conversion rates and poor feature adoption, with users dropping off at key stages of the journey instead of progressing to its smoking cessation services and courses. The objective was to identify UX friction points and optimize the user journey to improve onboarding completion, core feature engagement, and overall conversion.
