Limitations & Notes
Beauty and barber schools struggle to manage student records, attendance, financial aid, and regulatory compliance across fragmented workflows. Manual documentation and repetitive administrative tasks increase the risk of errors, missing records, and compliance violations, making it difficult for administrators to maintain operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Problem
Statement
Nicotex Begin faced low conversion rates and poor feature adoption, with users dropping off at key stages of the journey instead of progressing to its smoking cessation services and courses. The objective was to identify UX friction points and optimize the user journey to improve onboarding completion, core feature engagement, and overall conversion.
